A solution for Business Aircraft Operators and FBO’s that require Safe & Effective Aircraft
Anti-icing equipment
Stay Safe, No Matter Where You Fly.
Indoor Anti-icing of Aircraft offer many advantages such as the flexibility to prepare & depart your aircraft upon a moments notice, quality control at your fingertips, pre-established fluid quantities to improve your operational budget. However, indoor anti-icing applications should be performed as close to takeoff as possible. Holdover time commences when you begin spraying the anti-icing fluid on the aircraft, even though the aircraft is indoors.
Wing Armor allows operators to spray both wings simultaneously thereby increasing the time of protection from ice adhering to aircraft surfaces during taxi/takeoff.
A 60 gallon unit can anti-ice super large business jets (100 ft. wingspan) quickly ensuring safe takeoffs in icing conditions.
Most deicing pads at primary & secondary airports utilize multiple truck operations to enhance “throughput times” while de/anti-icing. Medium to super-large business jets can often cost upwards of $10,000 – $20,000.
There also can be “tremendous over-spray” on smaller business aircraft. At many larger airports, air carriers have priority, so not only do business aircraft operators pay a premium for deicing services but they are often penalized as a result of lengthy delays on ramps/taxiways, imminently requiring another de-icing before take-off.

Control Panel
75 Foot Dual Retractable Hose Reels
Some key features:
-
Quality 60 Gallon Stainless Steel Tank
Rust free 60 gallon tank, which protects your anti-icing fluid from any degradation, and is compatible with all fluid types (II, III & IV). -
Reliable Eagle Compressor
A powerful machine that produces sufficient force allowing the user to treat both aircraft wings with fluid simultaneously. -
Reliable Digital Meters & Control Panel
Our unit comes equipped with two TURBO XL Digital Meters that will accurately measure the anti-icing fluid you sprayed from each gun. -
Large Tubeless Tires
Four 10-inch tubeless tires make it easy to maneuver this cart inside a hangar by hand, even with a full tank of fluid. -
Wide 2 Inch Filler Neck
Filling the tank is easy since the 2 inch wide neck can accept large filling hoses. A brass ball valve provides extra safety when the filler cap requires removal. -
Tow Bar & Vertical Lock
A light-weight tow bar with handles allows the user to pull the anti-icing unit with a tug or by hand. A vertical lock stows the tow bar when it's not required.
